Parkin Gerry Surveyors LLP acted as Employers Agent on this project and this was our first experience of Jaybuild Projects.
Their tender was on time and competitive, the construction phase H&S Plan was good, the project progressed well and it felt like a team effort to build the scheme. The contract was completed on time, they were straight forward with the account and did not attempt to claim anything they were not entitled to.
Quality was good and all defects were put right quickly, some after the defects liability period, without argument.
